Cleaning Policies :
- $40 Cancellation Fee / $25 Rescheduling FeeWe understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a $40 cancellation fee, and rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be subject to a $25 fee. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter due to a locked door, no key, alarm issues, or no response. Thank you for respecting our schedule and allowing us to serve all clients efficiently.
- $50 Lockout / No Access Fee If cleaners arrive and cannot access the home (locked door, no key, alarm issues, no response), a fee will be charged to cover travel and reserved time. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Payment Policies Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept multiple forms of payment . Payments accepted are: Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, PayPal, Chime, Apple Cash . VEMNO NOT ACCEPTED per owner policy. Invoices not paid within 24 hours of service completion will be subject to a fee . We are committed to providing exceptional service, and any concerns regarding your cleaning should be communicated within 24 hours so we can address them promptly. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of future appointments and collection efforts if necessary.
